 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 
 This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working at the intersection of corporate law, technology, and compliance
 
 . You&rsquo;ll work closely with our
 
 management team
 
 and
 
 external counsels
 
 to support
 
 corporate structuring, contracts, and governance initiatives
 
 &mdash; ensuring all business operations remain compliant with
 
 Indian and international laws
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 
 The position requires

 translate complex legal frameworks into practical business steps
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Corporate Legal &amp; Governance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and maintain
 
 board resolutions, company policies, contracts,
 
 and
 
 internal governance documentation
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure statutory compliance with the
 
 Companies Act, 2013
 
 and other applicable corporate regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with
 
 ROC, banks,
 
 and
 
 regulatory bodies
 
 as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technology &amp; Cyber Law Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in
 
 data governance
 
 ,
 
 digital policy formation
 
 , and
 
 IT Act&ndash;related compliance
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with
 
 technology and management teams
 
 to align digital operations with evolving legal standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and review
 
 data protection, information security,
 
 and
 
 vendor agreements
 
 .
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Legal Strategy &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with
 
 senior advocates and external counsel
 
 on corporate and regulatory matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare
 
 summaries, filings,
 
 and
 
 documentation
 
 for legal or compliance proceedings when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage
 
 legal timelines, filings,
 
 and
 
 record-keeping
 
 for accuracy and consistency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Documentation &amp; Risk Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft and vet
 
 agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts,
 
 and
 
 policy documents
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an organized repository of
 
 legal records and corporate filings
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential
 
 risks
 
 and propose
 
 preventive strategies
 
 aligned with business objectives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LL.B)
 
 &ndash; enrollment with the
 
 Bar Council of Kerala
 
 preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2&ndash;7 years
 
 of experience in
 
 corporate law, compliance,
 
 or
 
 cyber law
 
 roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of the
 
 Companies Act, IT Act,
 
 and
 
 digital compliance frameworks
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 drafting and communication skills
 
 in
 
 English and Malayalam
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 coordination, organization,
 
 and
 
 documentation
 
 abilities.
 </li>
