We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can help us express that craft and story consistently across catalogs, packaging, wholesale materials, and digital marketing.The MissionThis is a production-heavy role. You will own key revenue-driving B2B assets (sales collateral, packaging, and ongoing marketing support). We&rsquo;re not looking for a slow, conceptual artist&mdash;we&rsquo;re looking for a commercial designer who ships clean, correct work fast and understands that design drives revenue.Success Looks Like<ul><li>You reliably ship press-ready sales collateral and packaging updates on an ongoing cadence.</li><li>You own the twice-yearly wholesale catalog from layout through vendor-ready production with near-zero errors.</li><li>You support email marketing and website updates with fast turnaround and clean execution.</li><li>Your files are vendor-ready (dielines, bleeds, specs) and your templates/asset system stays organized.</li></ul>The Work (90% B2B / 10% D2C)<ul><li>Wholesale Catalog (2x/year): Own layout, production, and print prep for our seasonal B2B catalogs.</li><li>Sales Collateral (Ongoing): Sell sheets, line sheets, signage, trade show materials; updates are frequent.</li><li>Packaging &amp; Merchandising: Header cards, packaging layouts, labels/inserts, POP displays; vendor-ready print files.</li><li>Email Marketing &amp; Web Updates: Create email assets, banners, and website graphics; support routine updates.</li><li>Photography &amp; Assets: Retouch product photography; maintain an organized asset library.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years professional graphic design experience with consistent weekly output</li><li>Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)</li><li>Strong print production fundamentals (bleeds, dielines, color profiles, prepress, vendor handoff)</li><li>Strong commercial instincts: can craft effective headlines/short copy and understands customer motivations</li><li>Portfolio showing real commercial work (catalog/layout/print collateral/packaging)</li><li>Organized, deadline-reliable, comfortable with direct feedback and fast iteration</li><li>High technical fluency: comfortable working fast in a modern workflow (macOS/Windows, file systems, cloud drives, exporting, troubleshooting, and learning new tools quickly)</li><li>Comfortable in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint + Excel) for sales assets, simple edits, and collaboration</li><li>100% on-site: must be willing to work daily from our office</li></ul>Pluses<ul><li>Adobe Substance (Substance 3D) experience (texturing/material workflows/rendering)</li><li>HTML/CSS comfort for email/website-related work (basic edits, troubleshooting, handoff)</li><li>Basic video editing experience (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) for occasional product/editing needs</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume and a link to your portfolio.To keep this process efficient, include:<ul><li>Portfolio links to (a) catalog/layout work and (b) packaging/label dielines you shipped</li><li>A short note with your weekly output cadence in your last role and one example of a printer/vendor handoff you managed</li><li>Any Adobe Substance and/or HTML/CSS experience (briefly)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have 3+ years of professional design experience?</li><li>Have you sent print files to a commercial vendor?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
