We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are eager to showcase their mixology talents while ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and adherence to safety standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders and payments.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.</li><li>Handle cashing out procedures, cash handling, and basic math calculations efficiently.</li><li>Assist in food service when needed, including serving snacks or light fare during busy hours.</li><li>Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations related to serving alcohol in nightlife or banquet settings.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly.</li><li>Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and proper beverage presentation techniques.</li><li>Experience with catering events or large-scale food service operations is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
