<ul><li>Proven experience in accounts and Labour Law compliance-related roles in different states of India.</li><li>Should have Minimum 10-15 years of Experience. Males required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.) of different states of India.</li><li>Ensure timely processing and payment of statutory obligations such as PF, ESIC, PT, MLW</li><li>Familiarity with labor law, including BOCW and ISMW regulations</li><li>Prepare and present monthly compliance documentation to clients, ensuring 100% labor compliance Every Month for timely Billing.</li><li>Ability to travel to various locations of India as required.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>Should Have Knowledge of Tally.</li><li>Should Make Salary Sheets.</li><li>Manage Over Time of site team.</li><li>Manage data and keep records Room Rents at all Sites.
