The role focuses on efficiency, quality control, cost optimization, and people management to drive organizational performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, direct, and oversee daily operational activities</li><li>Develop and implement efficient processes and SOPs</li><li>Monitor KPIs, productivity, and operational performance</li><li>Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations</li><li>Coordinate with finance, HR, sales, and logistics teams</li><li>Control budgets, expenses, and resource allocation</li><li>Lead, train, and evaluate operations staff</li><li>Identify operational risks and implement preventive solutions</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong operational planning and execution skills</li><li>Must know English / Hindi (Preferred: Punjabi also)</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management abilities</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability</li><li>Knowledge of process optimization and cost control</li><li>Strong communication and management skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
