This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and assist visitors, manage phone calls, and handle correspondence.</li><li>Maintain front desk operations, meeting schedules, and office supplies.</li><li>Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records management.</li><li>Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.</li><li>Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in receptionist and HR support roles.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software (Zoho HR, SAP, etc.) is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED3,000.00 per month
