Job Summary:<ul><li>Operating and maintaining high-speed machines during shifts to achieve targeted utilization, efficiency, and scrap levels.</li><li>Supervising contract workers and ensuring adherence to Quality, Safety, 5S, and GMP standards.</li><li>Carrying out tooling changeovers, attending breakdowns, and resolving technical issues on machines.</li><li>Maintaining safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping on the shop floor.</li></ul>Knowledge &amp; Technical Skills Required:<ul><li>Effective verbal and written coordination with colleagues, maintenance teams, coordinators, and department heads.</li><li>Ability to analyze machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Good supervisory skills to manage the workforce effectively.</li></ul>experience &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering with 0&ndash;2 years of experience.</li><li>Candidate should currently be based in Goa or willing to relocate.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Qualification: BSC/MSC- Alcohol TechJob Description:1)Operate brew house and pot still distillations machineries, pumps, motors, valves, etc2) Operate and control steam control valves manually and automatic electro-pneumatic methods.3) Operate &lsquo;Programmable logical controllers&rsquo;/SCADA, computer assisted manufacturing process.4) Ensure and control Brewing, fermentation and distillation parameters as per the standards5) Ensure smooth operations of machinery, pumps and other hardware&rsquo;s for maximum efficiency of plant.6) Achieve Production targets, Quality Targets and Learning targets set.7) Ensure Plant and Equipment&rsquo;s hygiene and cleanliness.8) Analyze Raw material, Intermediate products and finished products in chemical lab as and when required.9) Process data and reports generation in standard formats.10) Verbal and Written reporting about process, production and incidences to plant in-charge on regular basis.11) Learning new technologies and quality related techniques for organizational growth.12) Maintain Quality, Hygiene, Safety standards in plant13) Ensure highest efficiency of process and machines.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
