 The Executive Assistant serves as the central point of coordination for the CEO, managing time, information, and priorities across a dynamic environment where creativity and execution move at speed.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will ensure the CEO&rsquo;s focus remains on what matters most by overseeing both professional and personal operations with excellence, insight, and confidentiality. This role requires someone who thrives in complexity, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings calm precision to high-intensity contexts.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Executive Support
 
 
 
 &bull; Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, communications, and scheduling with accuracy and care.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate meetings, calls, and events; prepare agendas, notes, and materials in advance.
 
 
 &bull; Draft correspondence, briefs, and presentations with clarity and professionalism.
 
 
 &bull; Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up on key priorities.
 
 
 &bull; Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Operations &amp; Coordination
 
 
 
 &bull; Organize travel logistics, itineraries, and required documentation.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain smooth day-to-day operations for both business and personal matters.
 
 
 &bull; Implement and refine systems to enhance organization and efficiency.
 
 
 &bull; Handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Personal &amp; Lifestyle Support
 
 
 
 &bull; Oversee personal scheduling, appointments, and logistics.
 
 
 &bull; Manage purchases, errands, and special projects with initiative and professionalism.
 
 
 &bull; Anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure alignment and flow across all aspects of the CEO&rsquo;s professional and personal life.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You Are
 
 
 
 &bull; Exceptionally organized, proactive, and self-directed.
 
 
 &bull; Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and calm under pressure.
 
 
 &bull; Highly adaptive &mdash; comfortable shifting between strategic priorities and detailed execution.
 
 
 &bull; A strong communicator &mdash; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
 
 
 &bull; Tech-savvy and efficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and productivity platforms.
 
 
 &bull; Dependable, loyal, and aligned with high standards of excellence and confidentiality.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; 3&ndash;5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a senior executive or entrepreneur.
 
 
 &bull; Proven success in fast-paced or multi-venture environments.
 
 
 &bull; Exceptional organizational and written communication skills.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with creative, business, or advertising industries is a plus.
 
 
 &bull; Professional maturity, adaptability, and cultural intelligence.
