Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a professional with excellent administrative skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and facilitating effective communication across departments.Duties<ul><li>Manage and maintain the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.</li><li>Prepare and organise correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.</li><li>Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and ensuring all enquiries are directed appropriately.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks accurately within various systems, including QuickBooks and other organisational platforms.</li><li>Assist in organising meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.</li><li>Support with administrative projects as required, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth internal operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven administrative experience supporting senior executives or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks is desirable but not essential.</li><li>Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Previous office experience demonstrating clerical skills such as filing, document management, and correspondence handling.</li><li>Outstanding phone etiquette coupled with professional communication skills.</li><li>Fast typing speed with proficiency in managing multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
