Content Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a Content Manager to own the content vision, storytelling, and execution across marketing, branding, and video platforms. This role goes beyond writing&mdash;it requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and strong marketing understanding.The ideal candidate will define how the brand speaks, lead content for high-impact campaigns, and mentor a team of writers while collaborating closely with design, video, social media, and performance marketing teams.Core Responsibilities:1. Content Strategy &amp; Brand Voice Ownership<ul><li>Own and evolve the brand voice, tone, and messaging framework</li><li>Build and execute content strategies aligned with business, growth, and revenue goals</li><li>Translate marketing objectives into clear content narratives</li><li>Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints (digital, video, offline)</li></ul>2. Campaign &amp; Marketing Content Leadership<ul><li>Lead content for brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal pushes</li><li>Write and review copy for:</li><li>High-impact campaigns &amp; ads</li><li>Social media &amp; performance creatives</li><li>Websites, landing pages, brochures, and offline collaterals</li><li>Drive message clarity, persuasion, and conversion</li></ul>3. Video Content Strategy &amp; Storytelling<ul><li>Own the video content roadmap across platforms</li><li>Conceptualize and script:</li><li>Reels &amp; short-form videos</li><li>Brand films &amp; testimonials</li><li>YouTube &amp; long-form content</li><li>Performance ads &amp; hooks</li><li>Guide video editors on story structure, pacing, and messaging</li><li>Review final outputs to ensure storytelling excellence</li></ul>4. Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and review work of content writers / copywriters</li><li>Set quality benchmarks, writing guidelines, and review frameworks</li><li>Improve team efficiency through processes, templates, and playbooks</li><li>Act as the final authority on content quality</li></ul>5. Performance, Insights &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track and analyze content performance across platforms</li><li>Improve engagement, watch time, CTR, and conversions through iteration</li><li>Collaborate with performance marketing teams on ad copy testing</li><li>Use insights to refine hooks, CTAs, narratives, and formats</li></ul>6. Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with design, video, social media, product, sales, and marketing leadership</li><li>Participate in campaign planning and creative brainstorming</li><li>Ensure content aligns with business intent, not just creativity</li></ul>Skills &amp; ExpertiseMust-Have<ul><li>Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing funnels and consumer psychology</li><li>Proven experience leading content for video and campaigns</li><li>Ability to think both strategically and executionally</li><li>Leadership mindset with strong feedback and mentoring ability</li></ul>Good-to-Have<ul><li>Experience in education, publishing, or consumer brands</li><li>Working knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, and analytics</li><li>Experience managing agencies or freelancers</li><li>Exposure to long-form video and YouTube content strategy</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in marketing content / copywriting</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years in a lead or senior content role</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, video scripts, and brand storytelling</li><li>Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (preferred)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
