We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager for our MoRTH Highway Project.Position: Project ManagerLocation: [Insert Project Location]Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering (preferred)Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in highway construction projects.</li><li>At least 5 years&rsquo; experience as Project Manager in MoRTH/NHAI/State Highway projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MoRTH specifications and mix design, specifically for:</li><li>WMM (Wet Mix Macadam)</li><li>DBM (Dense Bituminous Macadam)</li><li>BC (Bituminous Concrete)</li><li>PMB 40 (Polymer Modified Bitumen 40)</li><li>Milling works and recycling of milled material</li><li>Proven ability in project planning, execution, coordination with Client/Authority Engineer/Consultants.</li><li>Strong leadership, team management, and quality/safety compliance skills.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee overall project execution in line with MoRTH specifications.</li><li>Ensure proper mix design approval and implementation.</li><li>Manage resources, cost control, and timely project delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with client/consultants for smooth project execution.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;125,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Food provided</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>B.Tech.
