Responsibilities:

Sales &amp; Client Acquisition</b></div><br>

Identify and pursue new residential business opportunities aligned with JK&rsquo;s growth strategy.</li><li>
Conduct prospect need assessments and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.</li><li>
Lead negotiations and close contracts, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities.</li><li>
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve individual and team performance targets.</li><li>
Represent JK at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records and prospect activity in the CRM system.</li><li>
Leverage referrals, social selling, and digital outreach strategies to expand client base and increase brand visibility within the residential moving market.</li></ul><div><b>
Strategic &amp; Internal Collaboration</b></div><ul><li>
Partner with marketing and leadership teams to support campaign development and market positioning.</li><li>
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer experience.</li><li>
Provide competitive intelligence and market feedback to inform pricing, positioning, and service design.</li><li>
Attend internal meetings and trainings to align with company strategy and continuously improve skills.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in transportation, relocation, logistics, or real estate.</li><li>
Strong customer-focused attitude with a positive mindset, service-oriented approach, and a desire to exceed expectations.</li><li>
Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for personal and professional growth.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.</li><li>
Consultative mindset and strong interpersonal skills to identify and address client needs effectively.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).</li><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.</li></ul>
