Accounting Operations<ul><li>Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP).</li><li>Assist in preparation of journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation statements.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing processes.</li></ul>2. Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments)<ul><li>Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for vendor payments.</li><li>Process vendor payments and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Track outstanding payables and coordinate with vendors for clarifications.</li></ul>3. Accounts Receivable (Customer Payments)<ul><li>Generate and issue invoices to clients.</li><li>Follow up for collections and record receipts.</li><li>Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve billing discrepancies.</li></ul>4. Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and file TDS returns; ensure correct deduction and timely payment.</li><li>Assist in GST computation, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain documentation for audits and statutory compliance.</li></ul>5. Bank &amp; Ledger Reconciliation<ul><li>Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts regularly.</li><li>Maintain accurate ledgers for assets, liabilities, and expenses.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel.</li><li>Good understanding of TDS, GST, Accounting Principles, and Bookkeeping.</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-focused.</li><li>Basic communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
