Job Role &amp; ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting<ul><li>Manage daily email communication related to accounts and finance.</li><li>Ensure timely filing, organizing, and maintenance of all accounts-related documents.</li><li>Handle auditors efficiently during audit periods and prepare all required audit data.</li><li>Coordinate with CA office for 3B working, notices, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Provide necessary accounts data for loan sanction processes (GSTR-1, 3B, ITR copies, etc.).</li></ul>TDS Compliance<ul><li>Daily checking of TDS Default Summary and taking corrective action accordingly.</li><li>TDS calculation, working, payment processing, and online return filing.</li><li>Verification and posting of Form 26AS entries.</li><li>Ensure PAN&ndash;Aadhaar linking verification of vehicle owners.</li></ul>GST Compliance<ul><li>GST working, tax payment, and online filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.</li><li>Collect GST bills for data entry and e-invoice purposes.</li><li>Booking liability as per GSTR-1 and entries as per ITC ledger.</li><li>Ensure all entries match with GSTR-2B.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Salary entry passing for Staff.</li><li>Ensure timely payment and booking of Professional Tax, PF, and ESIC, along with relevant expenses.</li><li>Check and verify driver salary details from April 2025 onwards.</li></ul>Banking &amp; Finance<ul><li>Coordinate with Karnataka Bank Manager for transactions and financial requirements.</li><li>Entry and reconciliation of unsecured loans approved by the bank.</li><li>Fixed asset booking related to purchase of new vehicles.</li><li>Perform accurate Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).</li></ul>Ledger &amp; Entry Management<ul><li>Entry passing as per Electronic Credit Ledger.</li><li>Booking deductions of sale bills as per amounts deducted by corporations.</li><li>Provide necessary accounts data to CA office whenever departmental notices arise.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;27,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
