<div>JKC Automotive is looking to grow our Human Resources Team in our Corporate office in Eugene!
The Human Resource Coordinator will assist in the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring staff, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This position will report to the Human Resources Director.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Recruiting to include finding qualified individuals for open positions within the organization and completing the necessary steps to screen them for hiring.</li><li>
General administration and coordination related to HR function</li><li>
Process new hires and complete their onboarding process</li><li>
Answering all internal and external HR-related queries and requests</li><li>
Maintaining and updating digital employee records</li><li>
Generating reports on general HR activity</li><li>
Supporting the administration of Company Policies.</li><li>
Assisting with (and executing) the termination process</li><li>
Collaborates with corporate office and other facilities as required</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Associates degree and/or 0-3 years of related HR experience</li><li>
Proficiency in Word and Excel</li><li>
Maintain the highest ethical standards in dealing with confidential information</li><li>
Maintain composure in high-pressure situations</li><li>
Ability to pay attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work in and maintain a highly functional team environment</li></ul></div>
