 Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide essential administrative support to our service and accounting departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with a professional demeanor.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate staff, and assist customers with a courteous and helpful attitude.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 
 Service Coordination: Assist the scheduling and dispatching for generator service technicians, ensuring clear communication between technicians and clients.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 
 Accounting Support: Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and basic collections.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 
 Data Entry: Maintain accurate records by inputting customer information, service logs, and financial data into our internal systems.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 
 General Administration: Assist with filing, mailing, and keeping the office clean and organized.
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 &bull;
 
 
 Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from the office and a proven track record of being punctual/on time.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 
 Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 
 Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. (as needed for office supplies or packages) and the ability to stand or sit for long periods.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic data entry and a willingness to learn industry-specific scheduling and accounting software.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 
 Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
