 We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented
 
 Marketing &amp; Merchandising Graphic Designer
 
 with a minimum of two (2) years of professional design experience to support our marketing and product merchandising initiatives. This position plays a key role in developing high-quality digital assets that enhance brand presence, elevate product presentation, and drive engagement across JM Bullion&rsquo;s family of e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable crafting marketing campaign visuals and designing product-focused creative. The role is hybrid &ndash; in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; remote on other days.
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 
 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Marketing Creative (approximately 50%)
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and produce digital creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media, email, website banners, paid ads, and seasonal promotions.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into effective visuals and customer-facing content.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand standards across multiple e-commerce brands.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Contribute ideas and visual concepts that enhance campaign performance and engagement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Merchandising Creative (approximately 50%)
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop product-focused creative assets, including product renderings, landing page visuals, and digital mockups.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support &ldquo;design your own&rdquo; product requests and custom corporate projects.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with the merchandising team to ensure product visuals meet e-commerce standards for accuracy and appeal.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain consistent visual presentation of products across the site and within marketing materials.

 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a strong understanding of brand identity and visual hierarchy.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners in marketing, merchandising, and product management.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support ongoing process improvements for creative workflow and asset management.
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills and Competencies
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong understanding of digital design principles for web, social, and email environments.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent attention to detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to balance creative priorities between marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational and communication skills.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration.
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer product industries.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience producing creative for both marketing and product-driven environments.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Precious metals experience is not required.
 
 
 
 
 Work Environment
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hybrid position based in the Dallas office.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Required in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (subject to change based on business needs).
