JM Test Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on driving brand visibility, executing data-driven campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
Strategic Leadership &amp; Planning<ul>
<li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and drive revenue.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor a skilled team and manage external agency partners.</li>
<li>Align marketing initiatives with company goals through close collaboration with Sales, the CRO, and department leaders.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and support business objectives.</li>
</ul>Marketing Operations &amp; Execution<ul>
<li>Oversee the execution of digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent, high-impact brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.</li>
 </ul>What You Bring
Required Experience<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.</li><li>
Experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly desirable, with proven success managing client campaigns or multi-brand strategies.</li>
<li>B2B or industrial marketing experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and brand development.</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.</li>
