 As the first point of contact for our company, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting daily office and customer service operations. You&rsquo;ll interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
 
 
 This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and interested in growing into Customer Service, Sales, or other operational roles.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a professional and friendly approach
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while providing helpful, accurate information
 </li>
 <li>
 Support customer inquiries and ensure a positive, responsive experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support (data entry, filing, scheduling)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Customer Service team during high-volume periods (order entry, follow-ups, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly and escalate customer needs when appropriate
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent required
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with the ability to multitask
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
