Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their project goals, preferences, budget, and functional requirements for the space.</li><li>Space Planning: Develop floor plans and detailed designs, including electrical and partition layouts, to optimize space utilization.</li><li>Material &amp; Furnishing Selection: Choose and specify materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and decor to create the desired ambiance and functionality.</li><li>Design Development: Produce design proposals, mood boards, and 2D/3D visualizations using design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.</li><li>Project Management: Create project timelines, estimate costs, and manage the project from conception to installation and completion.</li><li>Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, electricians, painters, and other professionals to implement the design.</li><li>Budget &amp; Compliance: Ensure designs meet client budgets and adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.</li><li>Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure client satisfaction with the final design.</li></ul>Essential Skills <ul><li>Creativity &amp; Vision: Possessing an artistic eye and imagination for transforming spaces.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software, reading blueprints, and understanding building codes.</li><li>Communication: Effectively communicating design concepts to clients and coordinating with teams.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges related to budgets, materials, and client needs during the design process.</li><li>Project Management: Managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets efficiently.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about design trends, materials, and new products.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
