We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our company&rsquo;s staffing needs. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.</li><li>Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting methods.</li><li>Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent.</li><li>Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company culture.</li><li>Coordinate and manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.</li><li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best recruitment practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at an agency.</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.</li><li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Required)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
