Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and fully bilingual (English &amp; Spanish) Data Entry Clerk to support our construction company&rsquo;s administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, and the ability to handle project and accounting data quickly, accurately, and efficiently. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter and maintain accurate data related to construction projects, invoices, vendor information, and job costing.</li><li>Prepare, update, and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and expense reports.</li><li>Use QuickBooks to input financial data, reconcile accounts, and support basic bookkeeping tasks.</li><li>Generate reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for project managers and company leadership.</li><li>Communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).</li><li>Ensure timely data entry and maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (reading and writing required).</li><li>Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), QuickBooks (Intermediate or higher level preferred)</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;2 years in data entry, accounting support, or administrative work; experience in the construction industry is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills for internal and external correspondence.</li><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in accounting, business administration, or construction management preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
