Role - Head of Supply Chain - FMCGExp - 18+ yrs in handling large size FMCG DC/Warehouses onlyEducation - Any PG.Location - HyderabadSal - Between 23 LPA to 26 LPA CTCNote - Candidates with Leadership Exp in handling Large Size FMCG Warehouses only need to ApplyContact - 9100799923 (WhatsApp Texts Only)Key Responsibilities:Warehouse &amp; Distribution Management<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of central and regional warehouses ensuring smooth inbound, storage, and outbound logistics.</li><li>Overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations for FMCG and Fresh Produce (F&amp;V) DC&rsquo;s.</li><li>Heading the logistics division with full accountability for strategic planning and day-to-day execution</li><li>Drive warehouse layout optimization, space utilization, and throughput efficiency.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Stock Control<ul><li>Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.</li><li>Implement controls to minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and stock ageing.</li><li>Maintain optimum stock levels in line with demand and supply planning inputs.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Transportation<ul><li>Plan and manage primary and secondary distribution for timely and cost-effective deliveries.</li><li>Optimize fleet utilization, route planning, and delivery tracking.</li></ul>People &amp; Team Management<ul><li>Lead a team of warehouse managers, supervisors, and logistics staff across locations.</li><li>Drive training, SOP adherence, and a performance-driven culture on the shop floor.</li><li>Enforce safety standards, compliance, and statutory requirements</li></ul>Operational Excellence<ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround time (TAT), enhance picking/dispatch accuracy, and increase overall warehouse productivity.</li><li>Monitor KPIs &ndash; Warehouse Cost per Unit, Inventory Accuracy, etc.</li><li>Drive digitization and automation in warehouse</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;2,300,000.00 - &#8377;2,600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
