You&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate demand forecasts across our product lines &mdash; from energy drinks to supplements &mdash; and channels (DTC, Amazon, and Retail) ensuring we meet customer demand while staying true to our operational discipline.This is a hands-on, data-driven role where your insights will directly impact production, inventory, and sales performance. You&rsquo;ll work cross-functionally with our sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that Jocko Fuel stays ahead of the curve &mdash; never behind demand.Key ResponsibilitiesForecasting &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts using sales data, market insights, and promotional activity.</li><li>Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with promotions, product launches, and seasonal trends.</li><li>Measure forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias, etc.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Supply Coordination<ul><li>Support the S&amp;OP (Sales &amp; Operations Planning) process to ensure product availability across all channels &mdash; DTC, retail, Amazon, and distribution partners.</li><li>Monitor inventory health and collaborate with supply planning to minimize out-of-stocks and excess inventory.</li><li>Provide visibility to upcoming risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Communicate demand trends and insights to leadership and functional teams.</li><li>Partner with the finance team on revenue projections and budget planning.</li><li>Work closely with manufacturing and logistics to ensure production schedules align with forecasted demand.</li></ul>Data &amp; Systems Management<ul><li>Maintain data integrity in ERP and planning systems (NetSuite or equivalent).</li><li>Build and enhance forecast reporting dashboards using Excel or BI tools.</li><li>Contribute to improving forecasting tools, models, and processes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, ideally in Fast Moving Consumer Goods or beverage/nutrition industries.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, Business, Economics, or related field.</li><li>Skills &amp; Competencies:</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven decision-making mindset.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP and Planning System implementation</li><li>Advanced Excel, Sigma and data visualization/reporting experience</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>A proactive, disciplined, and ownership-driven work ethic &mdash; consistent with Jocko Fuel&rsquo;s culture.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Grocery/Retail</li><li>Experience in a fast-growing CPG brand or omnichannel environment.</li><li>Familiarity with beverage production cycles and co-manufacturing.</li><li>APICS/IBF certification (CPIM, CPF) a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of promotional planning and new product forecasting.</li></ul>Why Join Jocko Fuel<ul><li>Be part of a mission-driven team that lives by discipline, ownership, and relentless pursuit of excellence.</li><li>Join a rapidly growing brand with a passionate and loyal customer base.</li><li>Competitive pay, performance incentives, and benefits package.</li><li>Real opportunity for growth and impact &mdash; every decision you make will matter.</li></ul>Discipline equals freedom.
