Flat Fee Shipping is a fast growing e-commerce direct to consumer and Amazon fulfillment company, looking for an energetic person to help us in managing our product inventory across our warehouses. We are looking for immediate full-time help. Full time is Monday through Friday, first shift (7:30 AM to 4 PM).Why work here? Better yet, know anyone that works here - ask them what it is like here!RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Organize incoming inventory.</li><li>Assist with new client SKU setup.</li><li>Assist with all aspects of inventory management - cycle counts, low SKU counts, physical inventory counts, new warehouse management tools implementation.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Must have previous experience doing physical inventory counts, not utilizing a scanning system.</li><li>Equivalent work experience in high-volume pick/pack warehouse or fulfillment operations a plus but not required.</li><li>Positive attitude with a can-do spirit is essential.</li><li>Must be self-motivated with the desire to always look for process improvements.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written while coordinating with many other team members at various levels of responsibility.</li><li>Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Some computer experience required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please describe your experience doing physical counts including how often these tasks were performed.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>shipping and receiving: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Inventory control: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
