Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Associate to support our administrative and data management functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with databases and ERP systems, and the ability to accurately input and manage data. This role is essential for maintaining data integrity, supporting office operations, and ensuring efficient information flow within the organization. Prior office or clerical experience is preferred, along with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter, update, and maintain data within various databases and ERP systems with high accuracy</li><li>Manage order entry processes efficiently, ensuring timely processing of information</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, spreadsheets, and perform basic data analysis</li><li>Transcribe information from physical or digital sources into electronic formats</li><li>Organize and file documents systematically to support easy retrieval and record keeping</li><li>Collect and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry</li><li>Assist with general clerical tasks such as filing, data collection, and document management</li><li>Support administrative functions by providing accurate data reports as needed</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or clerical roles</li><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel</li><li>Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and order entry processes</li><li>Excellent typing speed and accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus</li><li>Good organizational skills with attention to detail</li><li>Basic math skills for data verification and calculations</li><li>Prior experience working with pivot tables, filing systems, and data collection methods</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively</li><li>Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload efficiently</li></ul>This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while developing valuable administrative skills in a professional environment.Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekWork Location: In person
