The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the company&rsquo;s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across functions. This position demands a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent coordination with cross-functional teams including factory operations, internal departments, and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Purchase &amp; Vendor Payments: Approve purchase invoices and vendor payments in line with the approval matrix Factory Coordination: Coordinate with the factory accountant for accurate booking of MRNs and service invoices Statutory Filings: Prepare and file GST, TDS, TCS, PF, and ESIC returns on time Reconciliations: Perform ledger scrutiny and reconcile sundry creditors/debtors with sub-ledger and trial balance Bank Reconciliation: Review bank reconciliation statements prepared by staff MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly and periodic MIS for management review Audit Support: Respond to audit queries in coordination with senior team members Key Skills &amp; Competencies: Solid accounting foundation with hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Tally) Strong knowledge of tax compliance (direct &amp; indirect) Proven ability to analyze, reconcile, and validate financial data Effective communicator and strong team collaborator Detail-focused, organized, and deadline-oriented Nosof vacancy 04 Dadar-02Khalapur-02Package 9-12 LPAJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
