We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle our eCommerce orders and ensure a smooth experience for our customers &mdash; from order receiving to delivery follow-up and feedback collection. The role also includes maintaining and updating our website with product listings, stock availability, and ongoing offers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage customer queries and order follow-ups through calls, chats, and emails.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.</li><li>Track deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.</li><li>Update product listings, stock availability, prices, and offers on the website.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.</li><li>Support online promotions and offer updates in coordination with the marketing team.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in eCommerce or customer support (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, website management tools).</li><li>Customer-focused, organized, and proactive.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
