We are seeking an energetic, creative, and self-motivated Graphic Designer &amp; Content Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. This role combines graphic design, content creation, social media, digital marketing, and brand management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating engaging content across multiple platforms.Position Overview The Graphic Designer &amp; Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and managing visual and digital marketing assets that support our trade shows, events, websites, email campaigns, social media channels, and brand initiatives. This role plays an important part in ensuring our company is represented consistently and professionally across all internal and external marketing efforts. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and management teams to create compelling content that attracts exhibitors, buyers, and event attendees.Key Responsibilities Graphic Design<ul><li>Design print and digital marketing materials</li><li>Create advertisements, flyers, brochures, event invitations, signage, banners, and show guides</li><li>Design wall graphics, exhibit materials, promotional pieces, and event branding assets</li><li>Create website graphics and digital advertising assets</li></ul>Content &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Develop and manage social media content calendars</li><li>Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms</li><li>Assist with content strategy and audience engagement</li><li>Write captions, promotional copy, blog content, and event announcements</li></ul>Email Marketing<ul><li>Design and schedule email marketing campaigns</li><li>Create newsletters, promotional emails, and event communications</li><li>Monitor performance and recommend improvements</li></ul>Website &amp; Digital Content<ul><li>Assist with website updates and content management</li><li>Design new digital assets for event websites</li><li>Improve user experience and visual presentation across digital platforms</li></ul>Video &amp; Creative Content<ul><li>Create and edit promotional videos, reels, and short-form content</li><li>Edit photos and videos for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns</li><li>Support event coverage and content creation before, during, and after events</li></ul>AI &amp; Marketing Technology<ul><li>Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content creation, design workflows, research, and marketing productivity</li><li>Stay current with emerging digital marketing, AI, and creative technologies</li></ul>Qualifications Required Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:<ul><li>InDesign</li><li>Illustrator</li><li>Photoshop</li><li>Premiere Pro</li><li>Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, branding, layout, and visual communication</li><li>Experience with social media marketing and content creation</li><li>Strong copywriting and proofreading skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with WordPress website management</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and modern design tools</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms</li><li>Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or similar creative technologies</li><li>Trade show, event, jewelry, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industry experience</li></ul>What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:<ul><li>Creative and detail-oriented</li><li>Passionate about design and storytelling</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Curious about new technologies and AI tools</li><li>A self-starter who takes initiative</li><li>Highly organized and dependable</li></ul>Why Join Us This is an opportunity to work on exciting trade shows and events while helping shape the visual identity and marketing strategy of a growing organization.
