A respected local healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Behavioral Health to lead and grow its behavioral health services within a 245-bed acute care hospital, including a dedicated 28-bed behavioral health unit. This is a high-impact leadership role for a professional passionate about advancing quality care, building strong teams, and improving patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment.About the RoleAs Director of Behavioral Health, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the behavioral health unit, ensuring excellence in clinical care, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
