In this role, you&rsquo;ll manage transactions from contract to close &mdash; overseeing paperwork, tracking key deadlines, coordinating walkthroughs and appointments, and ensuring every file stays compliant and on track. You&rsquo;ll also collaborate with us on marketing materials and play a key role in bringing local events to life that help us stay connected to our community.

Compensation:
$26 - $29 hourly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Collaborate with Transaction Coordinator: Work closely with our transaction coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions from start to finish</li><li>
Monitor Email and Client Communication: Craft engaging monitor emails and effectively communicate with clients to keep them informed and engaged throughout the buying or selling process</li><li>
Plan and Coordinate Client Events: Organize and execute client events to foster meaningful connections and enhance client satisfaction</li><li>
Virtual Assistant Coordination: Collaborate with our virtual assistant to streamline administrative tasks and maximize productivity</li><li>
Marketing Expertise: Utilize your marketing skills to promote listings, create engaging content, and enhance our online presence</li><li>
In addition to primary responsibility: Manage CRM, miscellaneous projects, and keep agents on track daily</li><li>
Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area</li><li>
Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork</li><li>
Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team</li><li>
Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials</li><li>
Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and that any tax withholdings are complete</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills + interpersonal skills</li><li>
Self-starter with a proactive mindset</li><li>
Flexibility to work in person, with some opportunities for remote work</li><li>
Great written and verbal skills</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Either already has or is working towards a real estate license</li><li>
Available evenings and weekends</li><li>
Previous experience in the real estate industry</li></ul>
