Litigation Associate (Part-Time, Of Counsel &ndash; Remote)We are seeking a Litigation Associate to support an active plaintiff-side civil rights litigation practice. This is a part-time, fully remote, of-counsel role, with the potential to grow into full-time if the fit is right.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Conducting client interviews</li><li>Drafting pleadings and briefs</li><li>Making court appearances as needed</li></ul>This is substantive plaintiff-side litigation work, not document review or r&eacute;sum&eacute; padding.Experience Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of practice experience</li><li>Hands-on civil litigation experience required</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong command of Civil Procedure</li><li>Ability to conduct effective client interviews independently</li></ul>Supervision &amp; Work Style<ul><li>Close supervision initially</li><li>Fully remote position</li><li>High expectations for reliability, responsiveness, and follow-through</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$50-100 per billable hour, depending on experience, with increases as we get to know you.</li></ul>Deal Breakers<ul><li>Dishonesty</li><li>Unreliability</li><li>Unavailability to appear on court.</li></ul>Important NoteThis is not a full-time role at the outset.
