Our commitment is to deliver exceptional quality and on-time service to our clients.About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mailroom, Shipping &amp; Videojet Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, preparing shipments, operating forklifts, delivering/picking up from Clients and Suppliers, and operating Videojet coding equipment to ensure accurate product marking and labeling. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages</li><li>Forklift operation and delivery driving. Driver&rsquo;s license required.</li><li>Prepare and package outgoing shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight, etc.)</li><li>Generate shipping labels and maintain accurate shipment records</li><li>Operate and maintain Videojet coding/marking equipment for product labeling</li><li>Perform quality checks to ensure accurate codes and print clarity</li><li>Maintain inventory of shipping and mailroom supplies</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to meet shipping deadlines</li><li>Keep mailroom and shipping areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Prior experience in a mailroom, warehouse, or shipping role preferred</li><li>Experience operating Videojet or similar inkjet coding equipment is a plus</li><li>Basic computer skills (email, shipping software, data entry)</li><li>Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Paid Holidays and Vacation package</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Stable, team-oriented work environment</li></ul>If you are hardworking, detail-focused, and ready to contribute to a growing team, we encourage you to apply today.To Apply: Please submit your resume and a summary of your experience.Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
