Job Summary
The IT Systems Engineer III is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and
maintaining the enterprise&rsquo;s systems infrastructure across multiple sites for Soules Foods.
This role ensures reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT systems, proactively
resolving issues to minimize business disruptions.
Qualifications
&middot; Proficiency in virtualization (VMWare or equivalent), AWS, and Microsoft Azure
&middot; Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office365, and Microsoft services
&middot; Skilled in scripting and automation (PowerShell or equivalent)
&middot; Strong knowledge of domain controllers, DNS/DHCP, authentication, OU design, AD
replication, Group Policy, and security solutions
&middot; Excellent documentation and communication skills
&middot; Familiarity with hardware platforms, networking protocols, change control processes,
and helpdesk ticketing systems
&middot; Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Linux, or network-related) are advantageous
Education and Experience:
&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, information technology, system
administration, or a related field, or at least 5 years of equivalent experience
&middot; Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure system administration experience in a multidata center environment supporting organizations with 500+ employees
Key Responsibilities

&middot; Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems, networked
servers, and virtualization environments
&middot; Install and upgrade hardware and software, manage virtual servers, and automate
Processes
&middot; Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, document solutions, and
prioritize problem resolution
&middot; Provide technical documentation for IT infrastructure planning and upgrades
&middot; Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery, failover, and security
Strategies
&middot; Monitor systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability
&middot; Participate in the design, architecture, implementation, and maintenance of
technology projects
&middot; Stay current with technology trends and recommend best practices for improvements
&middot; May work outside regular hours for service disruptions or scheduled maintenance
Work Environment
&middot; This job is carried out in a professional office setting and involves using standard office equipment like laptops, desk phones, and smartphones. Regular visits to production facilities may also be required. During those visits, the employee is occasionally exposed to cold and/or humid conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, cold temperatures, electrical shock and vibration risks. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Physical Demands
&middot; Employees must be able to stand, walk, or sit; use their hands for tasks; reach with their arms; and communicate verbally. Occasional lifting or moving objects is necessary, along with close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

servers/components up to 40 lbs.
&middot; Occasional work in server rooms or manufacturing environments with loud noise and
low temperatures.

Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager - Deployment will be versed in all aspects of our supply chain including system knowledge, transportation, warehousing, and reporting. This position manages a team of salaried employees ensuring all aspects of deployment and inventory movement are done accurately and efficiently.
Education
College degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred
Experience
<ul><li>5 years of inventory management experience, including deployment
</li></ul><ul><li>3 years of team management experience
</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced excel skills, experience with an ERP system (Info-М3, SAP, Oracle), Tableau, EDI and other technical skills needed
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience making cost justification decisions related to service vs. cost
</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior leadership
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem solving and process improvement skills

<ul><li>Optimize national inventory deployment by ensuring precise product placement across distribution centers while achieving defined service‑level targets, including a 98.5% in-full metric.
</li></ul><ul><li>Project manage continuous improvement by implementing enhancements within Soules Foods&rsquo; software, processes and tools
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and manage inventory movement to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and availability; proactively resolve shortages and balance service requirements across the network.
</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate service impacts clearly and professionally to both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and transparency.
</li></ul><ul><li>Cultivate strong relationships with third‑party logistics providers and supplier partners to ensure smooth, reliable product flow throughout the supply chain.
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide flexible support during occasional nights and weekends, leveraging remote capabilities as necessary to maintain operational continuity.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper product rotation and allocation by enforcing FEFO principles and maintaining accurate inventory management practices.
</li></ul><ul><li>Champion food safety and quality, promoting rigorous processes, safeguards, and accountability to protect product integrity and customer satisfaction.
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage spend and service outcomes associated with daily deployment and movement decisions, ensuring cost‑effective, service‑focused execution.
</li></ul><ul><li>Develop strong internal partnerships and lead ongoing process improvements that enhance collaboration, performance, and end‑to‑end supply chain effectiveness.
