 Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
 
 Java &amp; Spring Boot

 Build and optimize
 
 RESTful APIs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in
 
 code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to
 
 system design and technical discussions
 
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Strong hands-on experience with
 
 Java Spring Boot
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of backend concepts (
 
 APIs, databases, authentication, etc.
 
 )
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic exposure to
 
 React.js or frontend technologies
 
 (preferred, not mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 Git
 
 and modern development practices
 </li>

 Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
 </li>
