<p></p><p><b>Schedule: </b>4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts (7:00&ndash;7:00). Rotates between day and night shift every 4 weeks.

</p><p></p><p><b>Summary:
</b></p><p>Primary in depth knowledge of electrical and instrumentation. Secondary responsibility in mechanical.
</p><p>Installs, modifies and maintains electrical and mechanical equipment to maximize performance, reliability and uptime while controlling cost to established guidelines.
</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </b><b>:
</b></p><p></p><p>Includes the following and other duties as assigned.
</p><p>Uses the SAP Computer System. Plans, orders materials and schedules. Completes activities under the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation sections.
</p><p></p><p>Electrical
</p><ul><li>Reads and interprets electrical electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, instruments loop sheets and technical manuals.
</li></ul><ul><li>Installs and maintains complex electrical, electronic and pneumatic measurements and control systems.
</li><li>Troubleshoots and repairs variable speed motor drive systems.
</li></ul><ul><li>Reads and follows practices set forth in the National Electrical Code.
</li><li>Selects and uses all standard electrical/electronic and instrumentation test equipment.
</li><li>Troubleshoots and maintains power distribution system.
</li><li>Calibrates critical Spunbond process measuring equipment.
</li></ul><p></p><p>Instrumentation
</p><ul><li>Installs and fabricates instrument components.
</li><li>Modifies control loops, movement and replacement of instruments, and addition and deletions to the systems.
</li><li>Troubleshoot, repair and maintain instrumentation system and components, including control valve system.
</li><li>Maintains charts/log and records
</li><li>Follows area housekeeping and safety rules.
</li><li>Operate shop and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
</li><li>Actively participate and contribute to cross-functional teams.
</li><li>Supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements
</li></ul><p></p><p>Mechanical
</p><ul><li>Troubleshoots and repairs pneumatic systems.
</li><li>Troubleshoots and repairs boiler dowtherm systems.
</li><li>Troubleshoots and repairs hydraulic systems.
</li><li>Operate, troubleshoot and repair forklifts.
</li><li>Reads and understands blueprints, sketches, mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
</li><li>Performs precision alignment tasks using laser systems.
</li><li>Able to perform basic millwright tasks.
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:
</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
</li><li>Two years of formal technical training or equivalent in electrical craft. Three years electrical experience for primary craft.
</li><li>2 years or equivalent training industrial millwright experience for secondary crafts preferred.
</li><li>Should be capable of entering information into computer software systems. Knowledge of SAP system.
</li><li>Knowledge of the operation of shop equipment.
</li><li>Rigging experience preferred.
