</p><p></p><p><b>Pay
</b></p><p>The 2025* pay rate starts at $34.33/hour.
</p><p>Overtime is paid where applicable.
</p><p>* Wages are reviewed annually.
</p><p></p><p><b>Your Day-to-Day
</b></p><ul><li><p>Be able to work any shift, including rotating, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be an active participant in the safety process and practice safe work habits at all times.
</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Inspect, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment throughout various departments in the facility .
</p></li><li><p>Maintain equipment and systems for maximum productivity levels.
</p></li><li><p>Identify any equipment issues and bring to supervisors' attention.
</p></li><li><p>Participate in the preventative maintenance schedule.
</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Operate with high level professionalism and teamwork orientation.
</p></li><li><p>Make out work orders, requisitions, inspection reports, time distribution, material usage, etc., and perform other clerical duties necessary to maintain proper records relative to the work performed.
</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you Bring to the Team:
</b></p><ul><li><p>The ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>At least a high school level of math, language and reasoning skills.
</p></li><li><p>Experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic.
</p></li><li><p>The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and drawings.
</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>The proven ability to troubleshoot and handle multiple priorities and projects .
</p></li><li><p>The ability to write routine reports and correspondence legibly .
</p></li><li><p>The ability to operate various types of mobile equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, lift trucks, etc. and the ability to obtain a license to operate them.
</p></li><li><p>The ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, climb stairs, reach, and stoop frequently .
</p></li><li><p>The ability to manually lift at least 50 pounds safely and with proper body mechanics, sometimes while in awkward positions.
</p></li><li><p>The ability to work at heights.
</p></li><li><p>The ability to execute both fine and gross motor hand movements.
</p></li><li><p>The ability to work safely in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment.
</p></li><li><p>The ability to safely and effectively work in an often-dusty work environment that experiences a broad range of temperatures (very hot to very cold).
