The Sales Consultant position services retail stores. General responsibilities comprise of the proper management of an established sales territory including selling, servicing, merchandising, administration and ensuring up-to-date accounts receivable. 
Position Duties:
Territory Management:<ul><li>
Ensure consistent customer contact</li><li>
Properly plan and execute sales initiatives</li><li>
Handle all customer related issues in a prompt and friendly manner</li></ul>
Selling:<ul><li>
Full understanding of products and pricing schedules</li><li>
Make effective sales presentations</li><li>
Achieve assigned company objectives and successfully grow business</li><li>
Identify and nurture new accounts</li></ul>
Merchandising:<ul><li>
Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts</li><li>
Focus on merchandising basics such as display size and location, shelf position and standards, cold boxes, counters, windows and anywhere else consumers can be impacted</li></ul>
Servicing:<ul><li>
Follow necessary steps when making sales calls</li><li>
Perform reliable inventory checks and communicate properly to minimize order mistakes</li><li>
Properly rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc.</li></ul>
Administration:<ul><li>
Adhere to all company policies and procedures</li><li>
Handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely manner</li></ul>
Position Qualifications:
<ul><li>BA/BS college degree or related industry experience</li><li>
Prior route sales experience (highly preferred)</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Goals and results driven</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving record</li><li>
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance</li><li>

Sales Consultant

Johnson Brothers has an opportunity to join the infrastructure network team as a Network Engineer - Network &amp; Collaboration Team. Network &amp; Collaboration is responsible for all aspects of networking, communications, and collaboration across 30+ US based locations for the 4th largest liquor distributor in the country. Our network is comprised of mission critical services requiring stability, reliability, and performance optimization.
The successful candidate will have a strong desire to help identify, plan and implement improvements in Johnson Brothers network infrastructure. They will also take part in the day-to-day operations of the network team, including but not limited to handling service tickets, working with venders, and performing network maintenance. Our network team is focused on building the infrastructure needed to ensure reliable access across all methods to connect to our network resources. Our team desires to anticipate our users&rsquo; needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Extensive knowledge of networking concepts in an enterprise network.</li><li>
Networking education, vendor certification (CCNA), or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and with a team</li><li>
Advanced network troubleshooting skills</li><li>
5+ years of networking experience</li></ul>
Additional Desirable Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience implementing and troubleshooting of SDWAN networks.</li><li>
Advanced wireless knowledge including implementation and troubleshooting.</li><li>

Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Be a member of a high performing team of network engineers responsible for:<ul><li>
Data Center Networking</li><li>
Firewalls and Authentication Infrastructure</li><li>
SD-WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi across our branches nationwide</li><li>
Collaboration tool solutions and support including cloud driven phone system, customer service contact center tools and services, video meeting and collaboration tools, and all meeting room technologies.</li></ul></li><li>
Implementing projects and troubleshooting on the front lines with other network engineers.</li><li>
Communicate to and engage with internal business partners and key stakeholders.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain the health of network infrastructure.</li><li>
Plan and implement network changes, communicate impact of changes to the business.</li><li>
Work trouble tickets</li></ul>

The expected pay range for this role is $64,902 - $107,961. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data. Network Engineer

<div>Job Description:<div>
Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor. We&rsquo;ve been providing exceptional service to our customers since 1953, representing the world's most famous brands in the beverage industry.</div><div>
This role will be working in the Rochester and Southern Minnesota area. 
Merchandisers have a rotating schedule of Monday through Friday and Tuesday through Saturday. Hours are usually 6 AM until 2 PM and a merchandiser typically works 40 hours per week.
This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers and building displays. In addition, this position will follow up after the deliveries are made by our drivers and service shelves from the liquor department storage areas.<ul><li>
Putting away deliveries within retail stores</li><li>
Filling cold boxes</li><li>
Building shelf displays</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Job Requirements:<ul><li>
High School diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>
Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. a plus.</li><li>
Goal and results oriented.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work.</li><li>
Professional written and oral communication skills a must.</li><li>
Have reliable transportation with valid insurance.</li><li>
Good driving record.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pound cases, repeatedly.</li><li>
Must live in the vicinity of Saint Paul/Minneapolis for best servicing accounts.</li></ul>
The expected pay for this role is $20.00/hr.
