Job Description:
Pay: $20.00/hour

Job Duties:<ul><li>
Execute driver check out as drivers return from route.<ul><li>
Ensure all returns have been physically presented at time of driver check out, and that credits issued to customers are accurate and complete.
</li><li>Reconcile payments to the drivers route details.</li><li>
Prepare returns to be shipped back to the main branch</li></ul></li><li>
Process real time credits for any sales person returns to the warehouse ensuring accuracy.</li><li>
Prepare returns pallets for shipment back to main warehouse</li><li>
Prepare driver paperwork post route for processing in San Antonio</li><li>
Create deposit batches and remote scan in customer payments</li><li>
Pouch physical check copies to be sent to main warehouse in San Antonio</li><li>
Assist will call and sample process as needed</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li><ul><li> Minimum 1 year experience with check depository duties</li><li> Comfortable working in a warehouse environment</li><li> Experience with forklift and/or ride on jack experience.</li><li> Must be organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.</li></ul></li></ul>

The Sales Consultant position services retail stores. General responsibilities comprise of the proper management of an established sales territory including selling, servicing, merchandising, administration and ensuring up-to-date accounts receivable.
Territory: Austin, North Austin Suburbs 
 
Position Duties: 
Territory Management: 
Ensure consistent customer contact 
Properly plan and execute sales initiatives 
Handle all customer related issues in a prompt and friendly manner 
 
Selling: 
Full understanding of products and pricing schedules 
Make effective sales presentations 
Achieve assigned company objectives and successfully grow business 
Identify and nurture new accounts 
 
Merchandising: 
Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts 
Focus on merchandising basics such as display size and location, shelf position and standards, cold boxes, counters, windows and anywhere else consumers can be impacted 
 
Servicing: 
Follow necessary steps when making sales calls 
Perform reliable inventory checks and communicate properly to minimize order mistakes 
Properly rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc. 
 
Administration: 
Adhere to all company policies and procedures 
Handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely manner 
 
Position Qualifications: 
BA/BS college degree or related industry experience 
Prior route sales experience (highly preferred) 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Goals and results driven 
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving record 
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance 
Local candidates preferred (no relocation package)
