The Financial Management &amp; Administration (FMA) Department provides accounting and financial reporting, grants management, debt management, accounts payable, procurement, surplus disposal process, purchasing card program, risk management, payroll, employee benefit programs, and shared administrative services for County departments and agencies. FMA is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of <b>Senior Accounting Coordinator.</b><br>

Job Description:
<div>
Responsibilities Include:</div><ul><li>
Reviews, reconciles, compiles, tracks, and processes accounting transactions involving cash, receipts, invoices, requisitions, vouchers, journal entries, expense reports, and other similar items for approval; analyzes and evaluates financial/statistical data to make recommendations and report on department, division, or fund expenditures and revenues in order to assist with budget or financial statement preparation; ensure compliance with governmental reporting regulations, or for management decisions regarding budget or fiscal issues.</li><li>
Communicates verbally and in writing with internal and external contacts in order to resolve discrepancies and exchange or update information; explains rules, regulations, and policies regarding fiscal programs to staff to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.</li><li>
Reviews and evaluates accounting records and fiscal activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting/legal requirements; identifies issues, trends and patterns; analyzes and explains variances and reports on irregularities; prepares documentation for revenue estimating; assists in the development, modification, implementation, and maintenance of an automated financial tracking and recordkeeping system to improve efficiency of the accounting unit and to maintain the integrity of the information generated.</li><li>
Develops and prepares standard and customized reports, such as summaries of balances, cost information, and other reports; assists with processing fiscal period opening/closing transactions; prepares complex documents such as financial statements and/or annual department budget by compiling and summarizing financial or statistical data for management use; prepares cost, staffing, and utilization analysis.</li><li>
Audits, identifies, and corrects discrepancies and variances in reports and systems.</li></ul>
Job Requirements:

Minimum Job Requirements:</b></div><div>
Associates degree in Accounting or related field. Two years in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative functions involving record keeping or related area.</div><div></div><div><br>
Attention to detail; Analytical skills, including research skills, ability to interpret data, ability to conceptualize, ability to analyze information, and ability to write formal recommendations based on findings; Basic mathematical and accounting skills; Budget-related skills, including advanced accounting, math, and statistics skills; Computer software &ndash; spreadsheet skills (intermediate), word processing skills (intermediate), financial management/information records system (intermediate); Keyboarding Ability; Human Relations/Interpersonal skills; Written communication skills, including business writing, report writing, summarizing, and editing skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Project management skills, including organization, coordination of duties, and/or accomplishment of goals; Time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>

The primary assignment is at our Shawnee location, but may need to assist in our other Mental Health Center locations. We are hiring for a nurse in our Mental Health clinic. Job Description:

Job duties:</div><ul><li>
Provides comprehensive nursing services; assesses the holistic needs of individuals by incorporating family and environmental factors; collects and documents patient health history; measures and records vital signs; completes health assessments and performs limited exams; manages, controls and implements medication administration programs; administers psychotropic injectable medications.</li><li>
Completes and submits documentation regarding patient care and condition; reviews quality and effectiveness of services provided and documented by other service providers.</li><li>
Provides patients and families with supportive resources; educates patients in areas impacting health, wellness, and daily living activities; develops and provides specialized health training and education to staff.</li><li>
Provides case management, care coordination, referral and follow-up to individuals and/or families; evaluates outcomes, effectiveness of plans, and makes changes as necessary.</li></ul>
Job Requirements:

Minimum Job Requirements:</b></div><div>
High school or equivalent and a Vocational, Associate&rsquo;s, or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Nursing or other Nursing program that meets the requirements for the Registered Nurse license are required. Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Kansas is required. May require KS/MO driver&rsquo;s license, depending on department or agency.</div><div><b><i>
