 Purpose:
 
 The main task of a Product Specialist in is to represent J&amp;J Innovative Medicine in front of healthcare professionals making sure our products are used based on their own merit, and according to their clinical indications, while respecting all J&amp;J Credo obligations. PS promotes our registered products within registered indications in order to increase our products access in collaboration with other functions. This takes place by detailing our product's value in order to serve more eligible patients.
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Maximize Patient share of assigned products through Understanding the patient pathway, making sure sales are maximized and all sales processes are done respecting J&amp;J compliance, Quality guidelines and local laws.
 
 
 
 This Is Achieved Through

 Use a multichannel approach to reach out to HCPs enlisted in his/her list (face to face, Email, Phone call, presentations when required etc&hellip;) with the set quality and quantity according to CVT strategy as well as providing quality call feedback for each visit.
 </li>

 Achieving market share target for the assigned territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote J&amp;J Innovative Medicine's image as a scientific transformational digital innovator within his/her assigned accounts and organize promotional/digital scientific meetings.

 Maximizing J&amp;J Innovative Medicine's Access Reach Through

 Full Account Mapping, understanding the logistical processes, product listing processes, contracting, account Stakeholders and decision-making processes within the account.

 Developing and maintaining long-term engagements with customers/stakeholders within the Accounts (e.g. Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers and Hospital Management).

 Identify short and long-term business opportunities according to the Business Unit strategy in collaboration with the Market Access team.

 To be a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for discussing our Therapeutic areas, patients&rsquo; treatment trends and studies in the therapeutic areas in which we are involved, on a peer-to-peer basis with a defined audience of Leading Specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, Board Members of Scientific Societies, and other stakeholders) and to be considered a trusted scientific counterpart and partner.

 Continuously update their knowledge of patient&rsquo;s treatment trends, guidelines, clinical activities and studies within the therapeutic area and patient`s treatment trends in the region

 Understand Real World Evidence (RWE) methodologies, identify data needs and opportunities, support protocol development and engage in discussions with customers to help design RWE projects.

 Propose investigators and sites for interventional and non-interventional Medical Affairs studies.

 Support GCO and CROs in site set up, management and issue resolution.
 </li>

 Contribute to preparation and conduct of investigator meetings, recruitment follow-up and study result presentation.

 Manage investigator proposals for IISs and ensure they are discussed within the Medical Affairs department for decision.

 Support post marketing surveillance and expanded access programs

 Experience Required

 MD/Pharmacist/Physicians/Dentist degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4+ years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in immunology is preferable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of 1-2 years as an MSL is an advantage, or pharmacist holding master degree/Pharm D.
