 Position Summary :
 
 
 Responsible to achieve the Regional objectives which majorly include sales - value wise &amp; product wise. To motivate and provide directions to team members to meet or exceed respective sales budget with desired profitability matrices. To understand the market pulse &amp; drafting the appropriate local strategies and inspire/ensure team executes the same. Periodically maintain &amp; analyze details like data, SFE, Bundling details etc. To ensure that the AR is in accordance with the policies of the organization.

 <li>
 Main areas of responsibility: Achieving sales Objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring achievement of Annual Sales Targets with desired profitability matrices
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the 100% achievement of right product mix and overall achievement on monthly and quarterly basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring analysis of the sales achievement and taking corrective actions wherever required
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Marketing &ndash; Planning &amp; Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure that market initiative, strategies and priorities are well understood across the team and accordingly executed
 </li>
 <li>
 To support drafting the localized marketing strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that KOLs are delighted with services and products of JJSV
 </li>
 <li>
 In coordination with ASMs/Product Manager/Marketing Manager to facilitate &amp; organize J&amp;J&rsquo;s participation in state level ophthalmic meets
 </li>
 <li>
 Continue to develop and maintain a healthy and winning Team spirit
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and coordinate with Marketing Manager &amp; training manager to organize product development trainings on periodic basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring coordination with sales team of Govt., Institution, Refractive and LCS to have smooth alignment and maximize productivity in these segments of customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that team follows all the compliance, procedures and policies to procure and place orders for equipment&rsquo;s and other products
 </li>
 <li>
 Transparency in communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that talent pipeline is well in place and there are endeavors to foster talent Reporting and Coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining reporting discipline and timely submission of SFE, Funnel, Demo planning, Sales Forecast, expense statements etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Appropriate coordination with Sales, Marketing and support functions for all the desired tasks to be done
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Data Recording &amp; Analysis

 Coordinate with sales team to collate the data on competitor product range with pricing &amp; marketing strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 To coordinate with ASMs to ensure that sales data is maintained and followed up periodically

 Ensure AR is well within desired control
