Position Overview 
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our Chicago office. This role is ideal for an attorney with 5 to 7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience who is comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating within a structured, team-driven environment. The position involves handling matters from intake through resolution and providing exceptional client advocacy throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial.</li>
<li>Evaluate claims, assess liability and damages, and develop case strategy.</li>
<li>Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, and other legal documents.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and factual analysis related to personal injury matters.</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, experts, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.</li>
<li>Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and hearings.</li>
<li>Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable resolutions on behalf of clients.</li>
<li>Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court as required.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the firm's case management system.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.</li>
<li>Active and good standing membership with the Illinois State Bar.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience handling personal injury matters, plaintiff-side preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing cases independently.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Commitment to client service and professional excellence.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience handling depositions, mediations, and hearings.</li>
<li>Trial experience is a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.</li>

Position Overview 
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury team. This role involves handling a broad range of personal injury matters and working collaboratively within a structured, team-based environment. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple matters while meeting the demands of an active caseload.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Handle personal injury case files from inception through resolution.</li>
<li>Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal guidance to prospective and existing clients.</li>
<li>Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, subpoenas, memoranda, and other legal documents.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research related to personal injury matters, including premises liability and applicable case law.</li>
<li>Gather and analyze insurance policies, medical records, medical expenses, and other relevant evidence.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.</li>
<li>Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients when appropriate.</li>
<li>Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as required.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case activity within the firm's case management system.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury matters, with plaintiff-side experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to client service.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Experience conducting depositions, hearings, and mediations.</li>
</ul>
