Essential Functions and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Own and maintain stable, standardized CAD environments across the firm, ensuring configurations are tested, documented, and production-ready before deployment</li>
<li>Develop, maintain, and validate CAD workspaces, templates, libraries, and configuration files in alignment with approved firmwide standards</li>
<li>Configure and maintain ProjectWise managed workspaces and integrations</li>
<li>Lead testing, validation, and controlled rollout of software upgrades, service packs, and environment changes, minimizing disruption to project teams</li>
<li>Serve as an escalation point for CAD-related issues impacting workspaces, standards, or multi-user workflows</li>
<li>Enforce approved CAD standards through configuration, workspace controls, and environment setup</li>
<li>Support migration of active projects to newer design software versions following established processes</li>
<li>Document workspace configurations, upgrade testing results, known issues, and repeatable support procedures</li>
<li>Collaborate with support to resolve systemic issues and reduce recurring support tickets</li>
<li>Coordinate with design subject matter experts when standards interpretation or changes are required</li>
<li>Assist with development of operational documentation, job aids, and internal knowledge resources</li>

Required Experience 
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, drafting, information technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience</li>
<li>10+ years of total related professional experience that includes, design, CADD, or other related experience</li>
<li>4+ years of hands-on experience supporting and maintaining CAD environments for transportation, civil, or infrastructure projects</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Bentley OpenX applications, including OpenRoads Designer</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and validating CAD workspaces and templates</li>
<li>Experience participating in or leading software upgrade testing and validation efforts</li>
<li>Experience supporting multi-office or enterprise CAD environments</li>
</ul>
Qualifications Preferred
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in a CADD Manager or senior CAD support role within a consulting engineering environment</li>
<li>Experience supporting both Bentley and Autodesk CAD ecosystems</li>
<li>Experience with ProjectWise workspace configuration and administration</li>
<li>Familiarity with transportation or DOT-related CAD standards and workflows</li>
<li>Experience with automation, scripting, or configuration management tools used to support CAD environments</li>

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Position summary: Leads and coordinates civil information modeling production, policies, procedures, and standards.

The Bentley Civil Information Modeling Manager is an authority on Bentley interoperability and technical standards, ensuring seamless integration of systems, data, and workflows across JMT for consistent project delivery. This role collaborates to establish and govern Bentley standards and acts as a support escalation point for issues impacting standards or workflows.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the definition and governance of how Bentley tools, platforms, and data are configured, connected, and scaled across the organization</li>
<li>Assist in the development of firmwide standards for Bentley OpenX, including interoperability, model and data exchange, data federation, metadata, and deliverable packaging</li>
<li>Provide guidance for PMs and design teams on model development and coordination. Interface with project managers on team capability requirements</li>
<li>Apply best practices to JMT design and production processes, guiding teams in implementing repeatable, compliant project designs aligned with firmwide standards and client requirements</li>
<li>Develop model standards for clients, maintain Bentley standards, including project setup templates, workspaces/configuration, QA/QC requirements, and standardized deliverables</li>
<li>Coordinate with leadership to manage controlled changes, versioning, and rollout of client and internal design standards across the firm</li>
<li>Contribute to automation efforts that support standards enforcement, configuration consistency, and reduced manual effort</li>
<li>Collaborate on the development of job aids, playbooks, internal documentation, and workflow/standards-based training materials</li>
<li>Contribute to communities of practice, office hours, and targeted training/coaching sessions focused on Bentley OpenX adoption and use. Assist with the propagation of this knowledge throughout the organization</li>
<li>Use escalation trends and project feedback to continuously refine standards, enablement strategies, and determine where additional training/SOP documentation is needed</li>
<li>Assist with research on new and emerging technologies that can be leveraged through existing CADD investments</li>
<li>Manages model integration, spanning OpenRoads, OpenBridge, ProjectWise, etc.</li>
<li>Act as an escalation support point for complex Bentley issues where standards interpretation, workflow decisions, or governance direction is required for OpenRoads, OpenBridge, etc.</li>
<li>Approve related Bentley upgrade direction and timing, ensuring changes align with enterprise standards and minimizing downstream impacts</li>

<li>Model set-up and standards review</li>
<li>Inter-disciplinary modeling</li>
<li>Experience with Department of Transportation Model Development practices, and Federal Digital Delivery guidelines, ISO19650</li>
