This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in horticulture, landscaping, and snow removal.What&rsquo;s in It for You?<ul><li>Sign-On Bonus &ndash; Ask us for details!</li><li>Weekly Pay &ndash; Reliable, on-time paychecks every week</li><li>Competitive Pay &ndash; Based on your experience and performance</li><li>Free Uniforms + Boot Allowance</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) &ndash; Recharge when you need it</li><li>Future Benefits &ndash; Insurance &amp; retirement options for qualified team members</li><li>Clear Growth Path &ndash; Training and advancement for motivated team members</li><li>Overtime Opportunities &ndash; After 40 hours/week</li></ul>Duties<ul><li>Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and garden care to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy.</li><li>Create and install award winning landscapes and outdoor living areas</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools for landscape installation, hardscape projects, and general groundskeeping.</li><li>Perform routine lawn care including mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to maintain lush lawns.</li><li>Support tree care activities like pruning, trimming, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety.</li><li>Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or installing components as needed.</li><li>Conduct general maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal operation.</li><li>Operate snow plows, skid steers, loaders, shovels, and other snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, roads, and HOA's efficiently and safely.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience preferred&mdash;but we&rsquo;ll train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills</li><li>Mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping machinery such as skid steers, excavators, power tools, and snow plows.</li><li>Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices.</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools used in construction, hardscape installation, and landscape maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge of lawn and plant care techniques including pruning and trimming for health and safety purposes.</li><li>Ability to perform snow plowing efficiently in winter conditions while prioritizing safety protocols.</li><li>Strong understanding of landscaping principles including irrigation systems and garden design.</li><li>Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; attention to detail is essential for quality results.
