We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, provide insight and guidance to senior management, and drive sustainable growth across the organization. 
Position Overview: 
As CFO, you will oversee all financial activities and strategies of the company. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company&rsquo;s financial direction, ensuring sound financial management, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role includes supervisory responsibilities over the finance and accounting teams, treasury, and other relevant areas. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Financial Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>
Develop and execute the company&rsquo;s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.</li><li>
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the CEO and senior leadership.</li><li>
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial modeling and scenario planning.</li></ul>
Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports for stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, and regulators.</li><li>
Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.</li><li>
Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.</li></ul>
Cash Flow &amp; Capital Management<ul><li>
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operations.</li><li>
Evaluate and recommend capital structure, financing options, and investment opportunities.</li><li>
Maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors to secure funding and optimize financial resources.</li></ul>
Operational Leadership<ul><li>
Optimize financial operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.</li><li>
Drive process improvements, including procurement, payroll, and accounts management.</li><li>
Oversee implementation of financial systems and technology upgrades.</li></ul>
Risk Management &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards.</li><li>
Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial operations.</li></ul>
Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (M&amp;A) and Strategic Partnerships<ul><li>
Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and modeling for M&amp;A activities and partnerships.</li><li>
Provide guidance during negotiations, structuring, and integration of acquisitions or partnerships.</li></ul>
Team Leadership &amp; Development<ul><li>
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability, financial discipline, and professional growth.</li><li>
Promote financial literacy and awareness across the organization.</li></ul> 
Qualifications: 
Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.</li><li>
Extensive experience in financial management, with proven success as a CFO or senior finance executive.</li><li>
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.</li><li>
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.</li><li>
Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Experience in M&amp;A transactions and strategic partnerships.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business plans and financial goals.</li><li>
Knowledge of accounting and reporting practices.</li><li>
Ability to manage teams and coworker interactions with tact and diplomacy.</li><li>
Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.</li></ul> 
Preferred:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>
Professional certification such as CPA or CFA.</li><li>
Knowledge of the HVAC industry.</li><li>
Innovation management and strategic mindset.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.</li><li>
Strong risk assessment and business intelligence skills.</li></ul>
Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.</li><li>
Occasional lifting of items up to 20 lbs and walking within office spaces.</li><li>
Requires good vision for computer work and adequate hearing for phone/video calls.</li></ul>
