RESPONSIBILITIES 
The responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:

Sales Execution<ul><li>
Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing deals</li><li>
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts</li><li>
Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction</li></ul>
Business Development<ul><li>
Identify and pursue business opportunities within the commercial market</li><li>
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals</li><li>
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities</li></ul>
Client Relationship Management<ul><li>
Build and maintain relationships with key clients
</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long- term partnerships</li><li>
Present solutions to meet client needs and challenges</li></ul>
Collaborating &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service</li><li>
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management
</li><li>Utilize CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities</li></ul>
Market &amp; Product Knowledge<ul><li>
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies</li><li>
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on company products and services</li></ul> 

Vendor Management<ul><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality products and favorable terms.</li><li>
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with vendors to secure the best value for the company.</li><li>
Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to identify potential new suppliers.</li></ul>

QUALIFICATIONS 
Required<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years experience in category management, purchasing or similar role</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Proficiency with computers and different software programs</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li></ul> 
Preferred<ul><li>
HVAC industry, distribution, and logistics experience</li><li>
Master's degree in Business, Marketing</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Eclipse (CRM)</li></ul>
