<b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b><br>
<br>
As an Paramedic (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site&rsquo;s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You&rsquo;ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams</li>
<li>Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with all center staff</li>
<li>Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight</li>
<li>Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant</li>
<li>Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.</li>

Required Qualifications</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
At least 18 years old</li>
<li>High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education</li>
<li>Certified/licensed EMT (Advanced or Basic) in the state of employment</li>
<li>Current BLS or CPR certification</li>
<li>Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods</li>
