 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations in alignment with Saudi labor regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with KSA regulations and internal standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and orientation for new hires.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee data for management review (e.g., headcount, turnover, Saudization tracking).
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee requests related to HR services (letters, contracts, leave balances, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance, ensuring accuracy of employee data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain compliant status with government platforms such as
 
 Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem
 
 for employee-related transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and support related reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with KSA HR/government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
 </li>
