Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, including fine dining beverage standards and wine service.</li><li>
Ability to work standing for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items.</li><li>
Excellent guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.</li><li>
Reliable attendance and punctuality to maintain consistent service coverage.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Certification in bartending or mixology from a recognized institution.</li><li>
Experience working in a fine dining or upscale wine shop setting.</li><li>
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.</li><li>
Knowledge of local and state alcohol service laws and regulations.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>
Provide attentive and personalized guest service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.</li><li>
Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management in a timely manner.</li><li>
Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.</li><li>
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently, balancing the cash register at the end of shifts.</li><li>
Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions while lifting and carrying heavy items as needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.</li></ul>
