We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Roofer/Laborers, with a strong focus on single-ply roofing systems and metal installation.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems, primarily single-ply (EPDM, TPO, PVC).</li><li>
Perform metal work including installation of coping, gutters, and edge metal.</li><li>
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, and other roofing machinery.</li><li>
Remove and replace low-slope roofing systems including MOD Bit, BUR, and Metal systems.</li><li>
Maintain a safe and clean job site before, during, and after project completion.</li><li>
Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including the use of fall protection.</li><li>
Handle materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily roofing tasks.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and team members.</li><li>
Assist with material ordering, pickups, and other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Minimum 1 year of experience on a commercial roofing production crew.</li><li>
Working knowledge of single-ply systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC) and other low-slope roofing types.</li><li>
Experience with metal installations preferred.</li><li>
Ability to safely operate roofing equipment and power tools.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.</li><li>
Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders up to 60 feet.</li><li>
Valid state ID or driver's license required.</li><li>
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.</li></ul>
