Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Project Execution: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for interior fit-outs and refurbishments.</li><li>Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring work quality meets design drawings, specifications, and brand standards.</li><li>Coordination: Liaise with architects, designers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams, subcontractors, and clients.</li><li>Planning &amp; Monitoring: Plan work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure efficient use of resources to meet deadlines.</li><li>Documentation: Prepare site reports, maintain site diaries, log issues, and manage project documentation.</li><li>Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical difficulties, site issues, and delays promptly.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.</li><li>Material Management: Oversee material procurement, delivery, and inventory.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in reading Technical drawings.</li><li>Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
