As a Patient Care Coordinator in our FUN and PROFESSIONAL Orthodontic office, you will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the HIGHEST level of CARE and SUPPORT throughout their visit. This position is responsible for creating FIVE-STAR patient interactions including: scheduling appointments, greeting patients upon their arrival, answering patient questions, etc.Duties<ul><li>Greet patients upon arrival with a WARM HEART and CARING SMILE</li><li>Assist patients with the check-in process.</li><li>Schedule and confirm patient appointments via email, phone and text.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records, including medical/dental history and insurance information.</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence related to patient inquiries and appointment scheduling.</li><li>Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>COMPASSIONATE customer service skills</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office setting is PREFERRED!!</li><li>Familiarity with dental terminology is HIGHLY desirable.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to DETAIL</li><li>EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a POSITIVE attitude.</li><li>A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.</li></ul>Join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience while contributing to the overall efficiency of our FUN orthodontic practice!WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU!Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
